An initial consultation typically lasts 60 minutes. During this time, Hannah will provide the following:

  • A comprehensive assessment including questions about your current health, medical history (including use of medication and supplements), diet, physical activity and lifestyle.

  • Listen and understand your individual health, diet and lifestyle needs.

  • Explain sound, evidence-based and balanced nutrition advice tailored to your individual needs.

  • Jointly develop a personalised and realistic diet and lifestyle plan that optimises your health and manages any diet related medical conditions.

  • Empower you to make sustainable lifestyle changes that enable you to reach your long-term goals.

  • Help you form a healthy and happy relationship with food.

  • Offer nutrigenomics testing for those interested in the interaction between our diet and our genes.

  • The opportunity to ask any questions you have relating to your diet and lifestyle throughout the consultation.

A follow up consultation typically lasts 40 minutes and involves discussing your progress and jointly agreeing how to develop your personalised plan further. Follow-up frequency and quantity is determined based on your needs.

Please note in some cases it may be necessary to contact your GP before a consultation. Your permission will always be sought before doing so.
